Terms of Service
Last updated 18 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Cluster ("we", "us"), which runs Cluster. By creating an account or buying a plan you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Cluster.
1. What Cluster is
Cluster helps founders and investors find each other. Members verify who they are, we rank the other side by fit, and two people are introduced only when both say yes. After that they can message each other and see each other's contact details.
We are not a broker, investment adviser, fund or exchange. We don't offer, sell or recommend securities, hold or move money for any fundraise, or take a share of any round. Any investment is a private matter between a founder and an investor, who are each responsible for their own diligence, legal advice and compliance.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. You confirm this when you sign up.
- One person, one account, and one role: founder or investor. Your role can't be changed once you've used it.
- Give accurate information. Verification shows that you control a work email or website, or that our team checked your details; it is not an endorsement.
- Keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
3. Using Cluster fairly
You agree not to:
- pretend to be someone else, or claim a company, fund, revenue or role that isn't yours;
- send spam, mass outreach or anything unlawful, harassing or misleading through requests or messages;
- publicly advertise or solicit an offer of securities through Cluster;
- copy, scrape or resell other members' data, or use it for anything other than the introduction it was shared for;
- try to get around limits, security or the verification process.
We may remove content, limit features or close accounts that break these rules.
4. Your content
You own what you post. You give us permission to host and show it to the people your settings allow (for example, your public profile to everyone, your raise and verified revenue to verified investors), only to run Cluster.
5. Verified badges and verified revenue
- A Verified badge means you showed you control a work email or website, or our team checked your details. It isn't an endorsement of you or your company.
- Verified revenue read from a payment gateway shows the payments that gateway reports for the last 30 days, net of refunds. Revenue "checked by Cluster" comes from a report you sent and we reviewed by hand. Neither is an audit, accounts, or financial advice, and neither says anything about profit or future results.
- You promise that keys and reports you send are your own business's and genuine. Sending someone else's, or an edited report, will get your account closed.
6. Paid plans
- Founder Pro (US$12 a month or US$96 a year) and Investor Pro (US$39 a month or US$390 a year) add the features listed on the pricing page, such as more requests, who viewed your raise, and seeing new raises 24 hours early.
- Payments are processed by our reseller, Lemon Squeezy, who is the merchant of record. Their terms also apply to your purchase, and applicable taxes (such as GST or VAT) are added at checkout.
- Plans renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel any time; you keep the plan until the period ends.
- We'll tell you at least 30 days before a price change takes effect for your plan.
- Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
7. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings; it cancels any paid plan and erases your data. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other members at risk, and will refund any unused paid period if we close your account without cause.
8. Disclaimers and liability
Cluster is provided "as is". We don't guarantee introductions, replies, meetings or investments, or that information other members share is accurate. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.
9. Changes and law
We may update these terms; we'll tell you about important changes before they apply. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India have jurisdiction. If you use Cluster as a consumer outside India, you keep any protections the law where you live gives you that can't be signed away, and you can also bring a claim in your local courts where that law allows it.
10. Contact and grievances
